Good news! Whether you want to stock up on a weekly food shop or treat yourself to something, you are just a stone's throw away from local supermarkets and high street shops...
Musselburgh is a mini town, a 15 minute walk from campus with; charity shops, butchers, fishmonger, banks, clothes shops, a DIY shop, pound shops etc.
The Fort Kinnaird can be reached by a 15 minute bus ride or 15 minute walk down the cycle route path. The number 30 bus will get you from campus (pick up/drop at the bus point next to the Students Union) to Fort Kinnaird.
It contains places to eat such as Subway, Costa, Starbucks, McDonalds, and almost all of the major high chain shops e.g. Borders, Boots, M&S, Next, H&M, New Look and lots more.
